This is Part 1 of our 2-Part Interview with Joseph Yannuzzi, who from the age of 18 to his mid-50's, battled with many addictions such as narcotics and alcohol. He spent over 20 years of his life in jails, prisons and institutions. Our guest takes full responsibility for his actions and reminds us that addiction is an everyday battle. In his new found mission to spread awareness and help others, he gives thanks to the many great people in his life for where he is today; including his family, friends and community. He also thanks the Binghamton Police Department who he says, "rescued me!"
